- Improved Water Holding
- Enhanced Cross Linking
How Industries Use ProSoy™
Our History With ProSoy™
APS founded the protein division in 2011 when a senior manager from DuPont’s soy business unit joined the company. Today, with a focus on tailored functionality and a positive environmental impact, our technical research and development team have created a wide portfolio of products.. Many of the current staff were involved with the original DuPont industrial operation.
With each team member having an average of 30 years of technical research and development experience, we engineer innovative products for cross linking, viscosity modification, water holding or releasing, and binding. Our team has the flexibility, knowledge, and equipment to produce nearly any proprietary protein formulation, tailored to your specific application.
Our facility equals the original DuPont plant in size and capabilities. We are regularly exploring further applications to expand ProSoy’s industrial footprint and to help reduce industry’s impact on the environment.
